Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms are between you and Limeade Labs, which runs Make a Spark (makeaspark.app). By signing in or answering a spark, you agree to them.
The service
Make a Spark lets organizers build signup sheets, date polls, forms and surveys through an AI app, share them by link or email, and collect responses. We may change, add or remove features. We'll give notice before removing something you rely on when we reasonably can.
Your account
- You sign in with an email address you control. Keep access to it secure; anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you.
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- You can delete your account at any time at makeaspark.app/account.
Your content and your respondents
- You own your sparks and the responses they collect. You give us permission to store, display and send them only to run the service for you.
- You are responsible for what you ask people and for having a good reason to email them. Only email people who expect to hear from you.
- Don't ask respondents for passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health records or other sensitive information.
Things you must not do
- Send spam, phish, scam, harass, or impersonate someone.
- Post anything illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Try to get around sending limits, break or overload the service, or access other people's data.
We may remove sparks, stop sending, or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity. Anyone can report a spark with the "Report abuse" link on its page.
Free and paid features
Make a Spark is free today, with limits on how much email you can send. If we add paid plans, we'll show prices on makeaspark.app before you're charged, and these terms will say how billing and refunds work.
No warranty
We work hard to keep Make a Spark running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copy (CSV export) of anything important.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Limeade Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or US$50.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell organizers by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
